Netsurf obtains Gender Equality Certification!
In line with our values and our commitment to a more inclusive and fairer future, we decided to embark on a path to certify a Gender Equality Management System UNI/PdR 125:2022.
Thanks to this path, we have introduced and integrated management tools that provide for the measurement, reporting and evaluation of data relating to human resources management and gender, with the aim of bridging any gaps, as well as promoting a culture based on continuous improvement and ‘zero tolerance’ with respect to all forms of discrimination and non-inclusion.
To this end, we drafted our Gender Equality Policy, stablished a Steering Committee and undertook a long process of awareness-raising and training involving the entire company.
To crown our efforts, on 10/02/2025 we achieved Gender Equality certification, from Kiwa.
We sincerely thank our colleagues for their valuable contribution. This is not intended as an achievement, but rather as a first step on a path of continuous improvement to be tackled together, in order to make our working environment more and more welcoming, attentive to each individual and open to diversity.
